    • Security deposit: A credit card is required at check in and will be held on file for your stay. If there are no additional room charges, damage to the room or its contents, your card will not be charged.
    • Parking: Parking passes are required for all vehicles parked at the resort. You can pick up a parking pass at the front desk.
    • Occupancy limits: The occupancy limit for each unit is in compliance with the NH State Fire Marshall. Please see the front desk for more information.
    • Check-in: Must be 21 years or older to check in.
    • Check-out: Please check out by 10:00 am on your last day of stay. Any personal items left in the room after check-out will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.
